As a professional engineer with an operations background, Gary enjoys working with business professionals and technically-oriented clients. He is experienced in the fields of leadership training, strategic planning, process improvement, facilitation, Appreciative Inquiry, project management, change management, knowledge management, and organizational effectiveness.
Gary is currently consulting in strategy development using a Complexity-based approach and helping clients implement the discipline to execute their strategies. A keen area of interest is in shaping safety culture.
Gary is a Cynefin Associate with Cognitive-Edge Inc. and co-delivers the Cynefin™ Practitioner Foundations course.
He is an advocate for the “New View” in safety and offers his complexity-based thinking on the “Safety Differently.com ” website.
