While we wait for my time with Drew. Please take a listen to  the podcast between myself and Dr Timothy Clark on the 4 Stages of Psychological Safety. In it we span many aspects of Pyschological Safety from teams of 1 to teams of 300+. We also speak about PS in Agile / Self Organizing environments where safety must be created from within – not from the top.  It was a great conversation and Tim’s 4 point framework provides an excellent pyramid to model after!
