In my last 20 years of researching, auditing, and being trained in Organizational / Leadership and Team development programs, The Flow System is by far one of the most comprehensive systems I have seen that is dedicated to helping organizations maximize the success of it’s team. As such it was truly my pleasure to interview these 3 brilliant minds in business.
In this episode, I connect with the three brilliant co-creators of The Flow System. Together they share how The Flow System can help organizations dealing with complexity. We explore everything from intent & servant based leadership to teaching teams the real skills required for teamwork not task-work. The distinction between the two is significant and it changes how we communicate, sense make, give feedback, make decisions and take action at every single level of an organization.
The Flow System creators include:
Brian “Ponch” Rivera CEO of AGLX (also a TEDx Speaker, former F-14 instructor and demonstration team member and Captain (Select) in the Navy Reserve. His 16-year active duty military career includes roles in NATO, Air and Space Operations Centers).
